About Brent Punjabi Association

Brent Punjabi Association (BPA) was formed in 2010 with the aim to improve the overall health and well being targeting the elderly lonely people from all backgrounds in West London. We meet on weekly basis to enhance social interaction in the community.

We deliver;

  • Yoga sessions - by delivered by a registered yoga teacher and involves meditation, breathing and posture improvement

  • Bollywood dancing and exercising will be delivered by a qualifying choreographer who will ensure that all members participate in physical well being

  • Tai Chi sessions to be delivered by a qualified teacher.

  • Social interaction, games and sing song.

Our Mission

BPA's Mission is to help individuals to participate in activities strength, flexibility, balance and physical being. Thes activities bring people together where they interact and come out of loneliness.

Our Vision

To reach out to more people in the community so that they become active and not live in isolation.
